  5. Add the sliced sausage and sauté until lightly browned.
  6. Pour in the tomato puree, sprinkle red chili flakes, and cook the sauce until thickened.
  7. Stir in the fresh coriander leaves and grated spicy cheese, allowing it to melt slightly into the sauce.
  8. Add the drained pasta to the pan, mix well to coat, and cook for a minute to combine the flavors.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
