  1. Take a little oil, saute onions(that is sabola vaattuka) Add tomatoes and saute(vaattuka).
  2. Add ginger garlic paste(inchi veluthulli paste).
  3. Add coriander powder(malli podi), turmeric powder(manjal podi), chillie powder and salt and cook again, add oil
  4. Add chicken and cook till dry. Add pepper powder according to your taste.
